My 8-year-old daughter has been training at Middlebury Martial Arts Academy for over a year now, starting as a white belt and proudly earning her green belt. The progress she’s made has been incredible—not just in martial arts skills, but also in confidence, focus, and discipline. The instructors are supportive, encouraging, and great with kids. She’s also had the opportunity to participate in several tournaments, which have been fun, well-organized, and great learning experiences. We’re so grateful for the positive environment and the growth we’ve seen in her. One of many best parts is that she’s made a bunch of great friends along the way, and she genuinely looks forward to every class. We definitely recommend MMAA to any parent looking to build both strength and character in their child!
The place is great to teach your child responsibility and commitment. Our daughter has been going here for over. A year and we can see the growth in her. I recommend to everyone giving it a try for all ages

A little over a month ago our daughter took her first trial class at Middlebury Martial Arts Academy. After that class she left the floor asking us to become a member. I have watched every class since and it is taught with a very high level of respect for the art, while not making it intimidating to the student. Master Meier's approach is also very kind while redirecting his students to be successful, that you can see his students confidence grow in a matter of weeks. Master Meier truly goes above and beyond to help his students and his dedication to the art is outstanding. We're glad we found you!
