We opened our accounts with Eileen at the Watertown branch earlier in 2025. She was phenomenal, capable, and so personable.
She and her entire staff, put the personal in personal banking.

Opened two accounts at the Watertown Branch today. Chose this bank as their current depository rates were the most competitive. Branch staff was extremely professional and helpful. Was provided pertinent account documentation, as well as instructions on how to access Online banking. Very impressed.

Love this bank and all the people who work there but Alice Garcia especially stands out. She is always very friendly, professional, social and goes out of her way to help me. She was so helpful when I started my business and opened my second account here. The one draw back to this bank is I can not transfer from my business to personal so I have contemplated switching banks. Alice makes it very hard for me to leave!! She is always there and always smiling and I always look forward to seeing her! She’s an amazing employee and should be recognized for this. 💜
