What a truly outstanding fitness studio with a top notch Personal/Fitness Trainer (Eric).The studio is a judgement free zone and you just feel so comfortable. Eric is a one stop training resource who also happens to be a dietician with credentials in biology. Thanks to Eric applying his physiology knowledge, I have finally found relief and incredible strength in recovering from 2 total knee replacements. Wish I had starting training with Eric sooner. Oh, and did I say he makes training fun!
In the few years I've been training with Eric, I've made great strides in my overall fitness. He's challenged me to work harder and I can see the results. The gym is a great space: lots of natural light, very clean and loaded with equipment.
I came to Eric with a knee limitation several months ago but really wanted to train consistently and pretty hard. He listened to me and heard me. He”s been training me pretty hard the past few months which is exactly what I wanted. He always teaches me something new and he’s very funny and witty! Eric is a pleasure to be around-I’m happy I found him and definitely recommend him to anyone at any age and level of fitness. His gym is spotless and he has great equipment. There are only a couple of people In The gym at one time so you really get a ton of personal attention. Eric will help you in the way you need help and you’ll have fun doing it!
I have been training with Eric Huner for over 15 years. As a trainer , his vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of weight training and body sculpting is invaluable. And his new space is a pleasure to train in. I’ve been a member of many gyms and this is by far the best one! It’s a local ,clean , well-equipped gym with an amazing trainer ! I even have one of my sons training with Eric; and he too loves it!
Eric has been training me for about four years. When I first started training I could barely lift myself off the floor because of too much weight. Through his knowledge of training and nutrition, he has helped me get stronger and lose weight. He changes workouts every time I go, it keeps the workouts fresh. I can’t wait to go back each week. I really enjoy working out in his new place, everything you need.
