This place is a blast! It is gigantic with tons of activities for all ages. I found everything to be well maintained and clean, and the staff were super friendly. It's also an ideal place for birthday parties.

I have to say this place definitely is a little bit better than jumps in Danbury. This place has really really good lighting at night and a bigger play area for the little ones which my son is three years old.. not too much for the adults however he had a blast. We were able to jump for two hours without being bored.

I have to say, the physical play facilities here are absolutely flawless. The structures are well-maintained, and combined with the wonderful natural light, it creates a bright, healthy environment. It is hands down the best place for kids to run around and break a sweat.

However, the arcade game section (racing games, etc.) is a major disappointment and feels completely unnecessary.

Wrong Purpose: Parents bring kids here to get physical exercise and burn energy, not to sit in front of screens like racing simulators. That's why those machines are always empty.

Inappropriate Machines: The Punching Machine is clearly for adults and unsafe for kids.

Frustrating Experience: The Claw Machines are set too hard. It just gives children an 'experience of failure' rather than fun.

    My Suggestion for the Owner:
Since the arcade games are barely used, please consider replacing them with a Photo Booth. Kids love taking pictures with friends to remember the day. If you keep the claw machines, please set them to 'Play Until You Win' to give kids a sense of achievement.

The play area itself is perfect, so I really hope you rethink the game section!

Fun max has been around for about a year or 2 and we have been a few times mostly for birthday parties. The parties have been cool the kids have a great time. The parties aren’t much different than any other indoor park type location. Hour play and 45 mins room time for pizza and cake. We have mostly been early hours. Last week was the first time we got invited to a 6pm “after dark” party. The lights go out and it becomes like a glow in the dark theme. If you have kids under 10 I think you should go during the early hours. It’s pretty dark there’s way more people and older kids where it gets pretty busy and “fast paced”. Think earlier hours are “safer” for younger kids.

Bathrooms need a little more attention no matter the time of day. Floor was very wet and you would see kids walking right in with the play socks. Front bathrooms were out of order. Garbage can by the front desk was over flowing and all over the floor. They need a dedicated floater for these things during the busy hours. Something that’s a little annoying and at no fault of the establishment is people double park in front and block traffic. They park facing the opposite way. Some park one both lanes not allowing traffic to flow easily. All the handicap spots are right there so people need to get through to park. There’s not property security and I’m guessing it’s not really the establishments job to go out and direct traffic but an email or even social media post would be smart so people can be aware of this.

They sell little like candy and snacks. There’s a dipping dots machine and soda machine. They don’t have a little hot food station like some places that sell pizza and chicken fingers. But best to let the kids work an appetite up and go somewhere after where the food would prob be better quality. In all cool place to let the kids burn an hour or so.

I went on a Sunday evening, this was my first time coming here. The place was very clean aside from the bathrooms which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It was fairly empty which I loved because my kids had more room to play. The place is very big and I didn’t expect it to have so much stuff inside. There’s literally things for all age groups which I thought was nice because now all my kids can play. They have a lot of seating areas for parents and even have a whole section of massage chairs which is nice. There’s also sections to sit down and eat for both kids and adults. This is my new go to spot. And the price is unbeatable in comparison to other bounce and play areas around.
