Have worked with Mike on many projects over the years and found him to be extremely personable, thorough and, above all, reasonable. Whether it be for a building permit, C.O., etc., as long as you provide what is required, he will guide you through the path of least resistance. He has always taken my calls or promptly returned them, even when all I needed was a minor interpretation of the code.
Mike & Debbie are absolutely fantastic. Provide them with the necessary paperwork and they will issue the permits you need. Straight forward and clear through every step of the process. Mike is extremely helpful in guiding you through the codes and permit process. Many building inspectors expect you to figure out how to navigate the codes. This is not the case with Mike. A welcome addition to the Town of Crawford.
