Everyone at the practice are friendly, helpful, and made my visit a very positive experience. Dr. Hammer is the best as well!

Sweet, caring, and helpful staff. Dr. Krause is very knowledgeable and takes her time making sure she answers any questions or concerns you bring up and makes sure you understand and feel comfortable.

This is my first time giving birth in America as an African woman, and Advo care Columbus is the right place to be. The staffs are amazing and welcoming. The doctors are great as well. They made me feel like family and I was well taken care of. I am thankful to everyone especially to Melissa. Thank you all for the fabulous care.

I hate to leave a negative review for this facility because I truly do like this place, but there is one very bad seed here causing the review I am about to leave. I came to Dr. Snyder about a year ago for an odor I noticed. I told him my concerns and he told me there was nothing wrong with me. I said, “are you sure? Because I can smell it, and it’s making me uncomfortable.” He looked at me and word for word said “I don’t know what to tell you, there’s nothing wrong with you.” I left the office feeling completely unheard and disregarded. But still, he is the dr so I listened to him and did not do anything after that. Fast forward to a year later- I have just been released from the hospital. Apparently, I had a lingering UTI which led to a bladder infection for so long that it spread to both my kidneys. I couldn’t eat, sleep, drink, talk, walk….. completely immobile all while throwing up constantly and not knowing what was wrong with me. I was brought to the E.R. where they told me about my bladder infection. Dr Snyder could and SHOULD have run tests on me to find out what was wrong when I expressed my concerns, but instead I was turned away (rudely I may add). I will not be returning to this dr and I am warning other patients about this dr as well. Beware before you too end up in the hospital.

I would also like to add I now have over $10k in hospital bills to pay as a single mother because of the negligence from this dr. when all I tried to do was take care of it at the first sign of concern. I am extremely infuriated with this whole situation.
