I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Dr. Lynn O’Connor from start to finish. From the moment I walked into her office, she was thorough, patient, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain every step of the process, what to expect, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before my procedure.

The facility where she performed my colonoscopy was spotless and extremely well-run. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and attentive. They walked me through everything as it was happening so there were no surprises, and I truly felt cared for the entire time.

Dr. O’Connor performed the procedure herself, and her bedside manner was outstanding. I left feeling confident, well-informed, and at ease. At my follow-up appointment, she once again took her time showing me the photos, reviewing everything in detail, and even explaining it using the diagrams on the wall. She answered every question with patience and kindness.

There was no long waiting, no confusion, and no stress throughout the entire process. Dr. O’Connor and her team are the definition of professionalism, compassion, and excellence in patient care.

Dr. Lynn O’Connor is amazing. I heard Dr. O’Connor speak at a health symposium. I was due for my colonoscopy and I made an appointment with her office. At the consultation appointment, she explained everything that she would be doing and what I should expect No, I told him I told him we talk cause you bought those Friday. He didn’t clean it out yet. I told him to wait. Her staff called before the procedure to ensure I understood the prep process.
The procedure went smoothly and Dr. O’Connor explained the results. Dr. O’Connor is compassionate, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.

I am writing this review not as the patient but from the significant other of one of Dr. O'Connors patients. I have to express my deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and knowledge shown throughout my partners treatment. Throughout all surgeries and hospital stays she made us both feel seen , heard and supported with a level of confidence that put us at ease throughout a very difficult and scary time. It's not easy seeing someone you love go through such a difficult health journeybut just knowing she was in Dr. O'Connors hands gave a level of comfort and peace like no other. We will forever be grateful for having this unbelievable surgeon in our lives. Dr. O'Connor is truly ONE OF A KIND.

After having a terrible experience years ago with a colonoscopy, I put another off way too long. Then I was referred to Dr.O’Connor. I was assured that would not happen again. She is definitely a woman of her word! I felt absolutely nothing! The staff at mercy hospital were kind and caring also. Dr.O’Connor is very kind,explains everything and answers all your questions.
