I had a fantastic experience buying my hot tub from Leisure Time. Charlotte, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I also really appreciated that the store offers a free technician service to make sure everything is set up properly and working as it should. I’m very happy with both the product and the overall service, and I would definitely recommend Leisure Time to anyone looking for a hot tub.

From the initial purchase through installation, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my experience. I even ran into an issue on installation day, and they handled it swiftly and professionally, keeping customer service as the top priority the entire time. Charlotte, in particular, is an absolute pleasure to work with—responsive, attentive, and truly dedicated to her customers. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would recommend them!

Diane was so knowledgeable and helpful. She got me set up in an entirely new set of skis, bindings, and custom boots. She was very thorough, broke down the entire process and her rationale for each recommendation, and was lovely company while I was standing around in my liners waiting for them to cool. Very excited to have found Leisuretime.

Haven’t been to the store in a few years as I moved out of state. Came back recently and wanted to start snowboarding again but had to buy boots. Ed helped me out an was great to chat with while trying on a few different brands, it was a really nice time. Such a cool store with great people working there!

Shelby is amazing, this was my first setup and I cannot wait to use it, she made everything so exciting and fun. She knows so much about everything and is so skilled. The store has an amazing selection to choose from as well!
