I have had a wonderful experience with this doctor! He has been treating me for migraine pain, and I’ll be seeing him next for weight loss. He is truly kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and offers a comprehensive approach to treatment, covering a wide range of issues and pain management. I feel genuinely cared for and confident in his expertise.

Dr. Ocasio has been the only doctor to provide me with relief from nerve damage resulting from surgery. As a WTC responder, I have a number of medical conditions. The constant, often unbearable nerve pain had affected my life dramatically. Dr. O took the time to meet with me, assess the problem (that multiple other doctors had been unsuccessful in doing) and develop a treatment plan that changed my life. No drugs, no referrals or unnecessary testing…he approached my needs with equal measures of medical excellence and genuine interest and compassion. With short term relief. He had suggested a procedure called intracept. After a long battle with our insurance company I was able to get the procedure. Instantly after the procedure i had relief!! Through the whole process he was kind, caring, and truly wanted to help me get better. I’m glad I can live my life pain free and do activities with my kids again!

I have been under Dr. Ocasio’s care for almost a year now and highly recommend him. I have had chronic headaches for most of my adult life and have received treatment from a number of different providers. I have never found a more compassionate and thoughtful physician as Dr. Ocasio. He truly involves the patient in the decision making process of their care plan and explains each procedure thoroughly.
