Absolutely blown away by the level of service and professionalism from both Diego and Mike who came to help triage a leak behind our wall. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, very fast and VERY inexpensive. Definitely have a customer for life.

recently used BSE for the first time. plumbing wizard, josh, arrived on time first for the look-see diagnosis and estimate, then the second time for the job itself. while the estimate blew my mind at first, i realized it's an old house and too many "weekend warriors" and an overworked contractor have had their hands on little fix ups along the way. thus, problems with smells emanating from the drains, or slow drains were a fact of life. garbage disposal was creating more of a bad situation by just pushing the food remnants down slow- going pipes. josh was friendly, had two bags of tools lined up and arranged in two work totes, and didn't spend time running in and out to the truck or chatting on his phone. he was focused, fast for the amt. of work scheduled, and spoke well of his boss. (are you reading this, mr. palmer?!!) josh also seemed to have an excellent work relationship with his helper...they seemed to read each other's minds. they tarped the work areas involved and not one piece of crap was left behind. all work areas were left clean. as far as i'm concerned all problem areas were corrected and i hope they stay that way...i'm counting on it! so, josh is now the maestro of installing air vents, taking out useless garbage disposals and creating pitched perfect pipes which have no lingering odors. i also liked the fact that once we received his estimate, he encouraged us to call around and get others, for peace of mind, before jumping on board. he was convinced we'd wind up hiring bse. he was right. hope everything will continue to be good. we'll have no compunctions trying them again if we run into other areas they handle.

The gentleman was very professional and considerate. I wasn’t prepared for the time he arrived and he gave me the few minutes I asked for without any hesitation. Diagnosed the problem right away and corrected it. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this company. All their workers are excellent. Prompt arrival which is appreciated. A++++ all the way.

First time using BSE, highly recommended. I used a different company for replacing my hot water heater and had several issues. Just calling BSE to schedule an appointment they were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Provided immediate service. The technicians that came to do the work needed were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Explained everything in detail and did excellent work. I'm very pleased and would only call BSE going forward.
