Excellent service. What also sets them apart from other services is the ability to pause the service if you go out of the country for several months.

Jresponder is an excellent ambulance-pager service. It is very helpful that they provide reminders by phone and by email every two weeks, so that we can charge the inconspicuous, lightweight device that each of us wears, without fail! One of us wears the call button device on a "necklace", and the other on a clip that comes with it, both of which are provided by Jresponder. The company will even send help in emergencies that are not true medical emergencies, such as being unable to get up from a sofa or being unable to open the door! When the call button is pressed, it is automatically answered by saying your name, and by asking, "Do you need help?" If you do not respond, an ambulance will arrive, shortly. (The device lets you know what to do if you do not need an ambulance, but are only testing the device, as should be done weekly.) The reach of this company includes out of town communities to which we frequently travel. It is very reassuring to an elderly couple to have such a good service at a reasonable charge!

JResponder has the most fantastic call button for the elderly. It gives us children piece of mind that we and medical help can be alerted with the touch of a button in case of emergency. The service is excellent too!
