Excellent service
This pharmacy is the only one in the area that keeps the line of communication open with you as the patient. If you have questions and call they handle it in a kind and efficient manner. If you need a refill and they have to order it, they will call you and let you know instead of keeping you wondering where your medication is. I travel often and sometimes I need to get my medication as soon as possible and they are able to accommodate my needs.

I have shopped at the Franklin location for almost 30 years and NEVER had any rotten food purchased.
Since the grand opening I have gotten rotten cod and last night rotten pork chop!
This is unacceptable to me as the expiration dates were still good.
I know its the same ownership, but I will be returning to Franklin even though its a farther drive.
Not sure whats going on or if it was just bad luck on my part but I am not taking anymore chances with this location.
