Not the greatest experience especially when you know the pain is related tendinitis and my wrist needed a steroid shot but she was not able to provide that care. Got a new brace and referral for surgeon.
Went here today with my husband who likely tore his bicep. Every single person on the staff from the front desk, to the x-ray tech, intake technician, and the doctor were refreshingly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It is rare for me to go out of my way to write a Google review but I felt that this team really deserves the credit. It is uncommon to have such a positive experience from start to finish at a doctor’s office. The doctor who saw my husband reached out to the surgeon who specializes in this particular injury, made sure he was free, and found out the preferred timeline for surgery. They made the follow up appt with the surgeon, gave him a script for a MRI, and gave him a splint to go home with. This urgent care operated like a well oiled machine and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. I would 100% recommend them.
