Not very empathetic, all business and very little information. Annoyed that I didn’t have a lumbar MRI? Not my fault that the insurance didn’t approve it!! Prescription was sent to the wrong CVS after my offering to give him the correct address. He said, “I’ve got it right here!”
I won’t be back!!
