We've been customers of Ski Haus for many years, and have always experienced above average service. Most recently, Beverly patiently listened to my inquiry about an item, set aside two different sizes/models for my consideration, and followed up with me by phone when they came in. Astonishingly, the price she quoted was better than the "sale prices" online. I also feel better shopping local rather than making the richest person in the world even richer :)
I bought my first pair of skis here after years of renting (they rent, too) and I am very pleased. Rick was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping select the right fit for me, even though they were slammed after the season’s first snow. Got a great deal and have used them every winter since!
Had a great experience buying new alpine boots with Ryan as my salesman. He got me into a great pair of Nordica rear entry boots which are a game changer for this 78 year old skier. He even found me a pair that was $200 off! Not only was I helped by Ryan but by at least three other members of his family. All were great. I highly recommend Ski Haus Brewster.
