Made appointment for my son with Dr. Petrosini. Wait time was minimal. Quick examination. Dr said he would get him an anti-inflammatory and even verified that they would call it in. He checked with his assistant to make certain they had my pharmacy info. 2 and a 1/2 hours later I go to pharmacy for pickup. They never received any RX. I called Dr. Waited 4 minutes to talk to someone. Apparently, they never sent script. Said to take Aleve. When I questioned why the change I was disconnected. I called back. Operator couldn't/wouldn't put me through. Couldn't get an answer. Why would the doctor say and verify one thing and then change it after the fact AND not bother to inform patient/parent.
Find another doctor.
I could not have asked for better care! Swollen knee.. No previous injury...
From Mia and Kathy at the front desk and the easy as could be registration... To the awesome gentleman who did my x-ray..(I am sorry I forgot to ask his name) to the NP Jake who took care of the problem and did the procedure right there in the office... What an awesome crew!! They made me feel listened to, much calmer and the procedure was explained perfectly!!
I will be going back there for all of my orthopedic needs!!
