For the longest time, I felt like I was on autopilot—going through the motions but not really living. Therapy helped me break out of that cycle. I’ve started paying attention to my own needs and learned how to set boundaries with others. I don’t feel as drained anymore, and I actually have energy to focus on the things that matter to me. It’s been a slow process, but one that’s given me back a sense of control over my life.
I didn’t expect therapy to impact me as much as it has. When I first started, I felt restless, angry, and easily frustrated with even the smallest things. Over time, I’ve noticed myself becoming calmer and more patient. My friends have told me I seem happier, and I can honestly say I feel it too. It’s not just about having someone to talk to—it’s about learning how to live better every day. Therapy has truly helped me in ways I didn’t imagine.
I absolutely love my therapist and psychiatrist NP! They have been absolutely helpful. Unfortunately Harmony Bay as a business needs improvement. It’s very hard to connect to someone to talk to (unless you are calling to start and inquiring about them, then you get immediately called back!).They need a better system of calling in and connecting to a live person, instead of promising to call back automatically but that rarely happens. If they put money into their infrastructure it would be awesome. I love my therapist so I’ll stay with them. If you’re in the system with no problems or need to talk to someone there you get email & text updates on your appts and this works. They just need a good customer service to get a higher rating.
