I rarely if ever write reviews but I felt the need to write a review on my experience at Nu Soma with Caitlin Pelicastro. I have a lot of vague symptoms like fatigue, anxiety , digestive and sleep issues… But being a mother and someone who works a lot of hours I really don’t have the time to feel cruddy when I know I can feel better. I am an Acupuncturist and clinical herbalist by trade that understands the importance of preventative medicine along w a good diet and exercise. I loved my experience w Caitlin not only did she do a thorough evaluation but she came up with a completely individualized plan for me that involves IV supplements as well as ones I can take daily that don’t kill my stomach.
