I had a great experience with HVOF. I brought in a pre-owned Herman Miller Aeron chair I purchased there last year because of a creak. They examined it and ended up replacing the gas cylinder at no charge.
John was especially helpful and friendly. High-quality office furniture, and they stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend.
I have been shopping for an office desk chair for a couple of months now. There were certain features I definitely needed in my desk chair, like the ability for the whole seat to tip back. These types of chairs are available online, but I didn't want to buy a chair without being able to sit in it. There are very few places that have a large selection of office chairs in stock to sit in and try. Hudson Valley Office Furniture was amazing. Huge selection in stock. Both new and used. The salesmen, Mark and Blase, spent time with me showing me a bunch of different chairs with the features I needed in my price range. The chair I eventually settled on was a little more than I wanted to spend, and they were able to give me a discount to get it into my budget. These guys were friendly, courteous, and professional. The warranty they offered me on the chair is well beyond the industry standard. The chair is super comfortable, and even my cat Charlie approves of it! All around a great sales experience. If you're looking for a desk chair, or any office furniture, I definitely recommend Hudson Valley Office Furniture!

Nothing short of amazing. Was in their showroom for over an hour with my two children. They treated them like family down to cookies at a conference table and stuffies to play with. They sized out all of our furniture worked out all the best options drew us the design gave us the measurements. They are so kind their friendly positive attitude solidified that this will continue to be my go to for office furniture! Our furniture will be delivered and set up in our office next week!
I'm so glad I stopped in here. I was having back pain from a poor work from home setup. I didn't want a cheap chair from Amazon that wouldn't last, or an expensive big name chair that I couldn't justify. I ended up finding a great condition used Knoll chair for an incredible price, and my home setup now makes me so happy. The folks here are nice and helpful, and it's awesome to be able to sit in all the chairs and find one that works for you. Couldn't recommend more.
