I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Genco Flooring! I stopped in looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) options for our bedroom and spent some time with Ian. He took the time to show me the different types available, explained the pros and cons clearly, and sent me home with several samples to compare—no pressure at all. At the time of that visit, I was able to set up an appointment to have measurements taken. Scott came out just 2 days later, took the measurements and had an estimate presented to me within 24 hrs. Their communication throughout was excellent: quick responses to my messages and clear answers to my questions. Being pleased with that estimate, two days later I stopped back in to see Scott, so we could finalize everything and move forward with this project. The next day, the LVP was ordered and one week later, the installation was completed. The installers showed up on time, were professional, efficient and went through great lengths to protect my home. The new LVP looks fantastic—durable, beautiful, and exactly what we wanted for the bedroom.

Excellent experience! Genco Floor Covering is a top shelf company with excellent customer service from start to finish. The installers did a terrific job removing, cleaning and then replacing carpet. The excess was taken to their warehouse, bound and then delivered to me because it wouldn’t fit in the car. I highly recommend Genco Floor Covering.
Working with Genco Flooring was a wonderful experience. Jason, Alex, and Chuck were professional and meticulous. I ended having to get extra plywood to level my floors for a flush transition. Jason immediately hopped in his van and went back to their shop and got what was needed. They moved my furniture and were careful with all my belongings. I can’t say enough about how extraordinary the whole experience was. Thanks Scott and the whole crew!
Just finishing up a kitchen renovation with a great contractor and they referred us to Scott and Genco Floor Covering. Selected a great solution after talking with Scott (Pergo Walrus). Normally this arrives quickly - except this time. We had an opportunity early to switch our choice or to wait. After waiting 30 years for this project, we ultimately decided to stay with our first choice. When the initial delay became a little longer, Scott called us to apologize and pre-scheduled the installation. Today was the day! His crew was here when expected and did a great job with the installation. Our contractor was here too, helping to move appliances and install final trim for efficiency! It looks great!
Scott’s team: Jason, Alex and Chuck did a fine job installing LVP throughout our condo along with 2 runners. They were neat and meticulous with the installation! This is the 3rd time we have hired Genco Flooring. We highly recommend this company!
