Excellent resource to have here in Southbury.
Stopped here for a quick oil pick up once my car alerted me I needed oil. The gentleman at the counter saw me opening my hood to measure the oil and came out right away to assist me. He helped me find the oil I needed and even helped me open the cap and pour it in! He was so friendly and such a nice guy. I appreciated his help very much.
Wow awesome customer service. Great place, I just love the environment. The minute you walk in the door you dont want to take your car anywhere else. Thank you for everything:) they even changed the car clock to the correct time for me. It's the little things that make a difference:)
I love my car, and I'm super paranoid about it. Due to the wealth of knowledge I've found, and the well above average level of work they do for me I won't let anyone else touch my car. If you aren't wearing a Parcell's Uniform don't even pop my convertible's hood. If you call and there is a couple day wait because they are busy, it's well worth the wait.
