Kelsey planned our family trip to universal studios last July. She was so patient and helpful, even when I made a last min switch of hotels about a week before we left! Once there she checked in on us and was always available to answer any questions we had. Then in late July I had her book us a last min cruise for my mother, myself and my son. She took care of that and booked our return pick up from the cruise port too. I’m in Pa and she isn’t but it never made a difference. She was always there to help. We usually do a lot of our own planning and booking but now I will use her for everything because she made it so easy! She also called to tell me our room rate dropped at our hotel and she was gonna rebook us with a cheaper rate and we got a credit for the difference. Bonus! Thank you Kelsey!
