Awesome staff and service!! My husband and I had a faulty battery while we stopped at convenience store. A kind man helped us start the car and told us to go 1 mile to Parsell's Auto and have a mechanic give an opinion. We drove there and half hour later we had a new battery installed and well wishes for our trip south!! Thank you Parsell's, and thanks to the kind stranger!

So thankful I went here! After my rear windshield wiper had gotten damaged, I first went to a different mechanic who wanted to charge me $165 and take half a day just to assess it. So then I tried Parsell’s, who took one look and said, “Give me 10 seconds.” Literally 10 seconds later, he had fixed the issue. And within another two minutes, he had replaced my wiper blade. Total cost $13. Thank you for such honest, compassionate service!
EVERYONE at this shop went out of their way to be helpful to us when we developed a tire problem during a long road trip. Phenomenally fast at diagnosing, addressing the issue with 2 replacement tires along with a rotation of the remaining tires . They got us back on the road really quickly for a fraction of what we expected to pay.
