I had to pull off I-84 back in 2014 because my brakes were vibrating like crazy. A friendly local directed me to this place and they treated me well - took care of my car right away, changed the brakes out, made sure the brake lines were good and sent me on my way, and for a very reasonable cost. I always think of them with gratitude.

I also got tickled by a stranger over at ShopRite that day, but we won't talk about that.

Only have had my car serviced here. I used to have a BMW that he serviced until the bitter end of its life, then I purchased a brand new Subaru and still bring it to him vs the dealership. Top notch service. Rachel and Willie both put their heart and soul into the business and strive for excellence with their customers. Willie is such a perfectionist and am so proud of him for making the community of Southbury a better place.

Had a great experience at Willie's Automotive today! Brought in my college bound daughters car for a complete inspection and Willie and his crew fine tooth combed it for any problems. Luckily all they found was a need for new front brakes. Topped off her fluids also. I have read all the reviews on here and can truly say I was just as happy with the experience as everyone else. Believe the hype! I like to support mom n pop business and I will continue to do so with Willies. Rachel was a doll and really easy to coordinate with also.
