Just want to share my experience with Classic coach. A month ago, a lady parked her car at a Resteraunt that a car show was being held at and that they were sponsoring, my car was in the show. Her car popped out of gear and rolled into my car. The bumper was all scuffed up and needed repair and paint. These guys did an AMAZING job; I can't find one flaw with any part of it. The bumper, paint, fit, and finish look better than when the car was new. I am a bit anal and bit of a perfectionist. This result is what I would hope for and expect, but it is rare that it actually happens!!! Very happy and would definitely recommend this team to fix your car. Thank you
Had a wonderful young woman come to my home to assist me in getting my truck un-locked. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a tow truck company! Turns out my keys were in my garage as my two year old took them out before locking the doors!! BUT she not only got the door unlocked but she did it professionally and effortlessly! You have a GEM in the industry!
I had the best pleasure of speaking with Lauren this evening while coordinating a tow for my car. She truly went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and answer all of my questions during a particularly stressful time. She embodies what customer service is all about! I din't live in the area but if I did I would take my car here for all future needs based on the experience I had today.
This place is awesome, Ryan and his team are so friendly and helpful, it’s great having this place close to home. Today I had a flat tire, I called to make an appointment and Ryan said come on over now. He fixed it for free in 10 minutes, that’s great customer service! I’ve been a customer for many years and trust no one else. They do it all and do it all well!
I had a sudden problem with my car on a Friday afternoon and called over to classic Coach Works. They said if I could drive it over they could have someone look at my car as soon as they were done with lunch. I got a call later that day telling me what was wrong with it, an estimate and when the car could be ready. The staff is really friendly and trustworthy. This is the first auto shop that I’ve felt I could trust as a single woman. They actually care.
