I wish I could give these people more than 5 stars. They seriously show up for me time, and time, and time again. I’ve had multiple random computer issues with my 2022 pathfinder (let me be clear the car did not come from this dealership.) I’ve been through a rollercoaster of emotions and arguments with consumer affairs multiple times and the service team at PK Nissan has had my back, gone above and beyond to defend my cases, and made repairs in a timely manner. Shout out to Zach at reception for not only staying a little later when I arrived with the tow truck but for finding me a loaner car and getting me out the door with ease. Another shout out to Danny the service manager who answered every single time I called and even checked in on his day off. This team will be the only thing I’ll miss when I get rid of this vehicle.

I don’t know what they pay Rob the Service Advisor but it is not enough! For one, he is excellent at his job. I’m sure he is overseeing dozens of vehicles but he makes sure to call you every.step.of.the.way. as if you are his only customer and he’s working on the vehicle himself. I live about an hour away but I will never hesitate to bring it in to them again after the experience Rob has given me. He gives his expert and genuine opinion on things and really goes above and beyond. The list is endless. Thanks Rob and the whole service team for the positive experience once again. I will be back for service and sales in the future.
