    It's not often you review a town hall, but having lived in Prospect for many years before moving out, I have never had an issue with the town hall - Mayor Bob's office was always open and every single time I had a municipal issue I could easily call them or drop in and have my questions answered succinctly. Having dealt with several town halls, Prospect has always been the best.
