Without a doubt, Joanna is one of the top estheticians in Connecticut. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have been visiting Joanna for facials for over 6 years now. She is the most thorough, compassionate, and calming esthetician I've ever seen. I have been to many spas throughout New England, and she is hands-down the best person who has given me a facial.

She is extremely kind and caring. You never feel like she is rushing through you to get to the next client. She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied with your results. She sees problems with my skin before I even notice them, and she is always going above and beyond to make my skin glow. Every time I see her, I walk out looking 5+ years younger. She also never pushes me to purchase products I don't need, which is one of the many reasons I always choose her for my facials.

I visited Joanna before and right after Covid. I had many skin issues after I had Covid, and she worked with me to find gentle solutions for my new super sensitive, acne-prone and oily skin. I had always had dry skin, so this was an entire new territory for me. She guided me through the process of dealing with the changes to my skin, and made the entire situation so much more bearable.

Joanna never tries to upsell me on any products. If I ask what I should do, she always recommends but is NEVER pushy. Most estheticians I've seen are always trying to sell me $300-500 worth of products every time I see them, but Joanna knows what products I use at home and what I'm comfortable with. I always feel like my voice matters when I visit her.

Last year, she moved to Silvana Dayspa so I tried it out. The entire spa is amazing; there are so many rooms and so many services that they offer. I love the line of products (Yon-ka and Dermatologica), and the options for facials and massages are excellent. It is a clean, welcoming, gorgeous spa that has now become my local favorite.

I truly can't recommend Joanna and Silvana Dayspa enough. Seriously, if you're looking for a new esthetician or a new spa, give them a try!

My husband treated me and a friend to a spa manicure and pedicure for some much needed girl time plus pampering. It was our first time at Silvana Dayspa & Salon, and I chose this place purely based on the reviews. We had an excellent time with Mary Jean and Elizabeth, who made the whole experience worthwhile. It's exactly what we needed. I love the holographic chrome nail polish, and my husband loved it as well.

It was my second time on the hair chair at Silvana Dayspa & Salon in Bristol, Ct. First time with Lee Anne, this time with Willow. Very friendly staff, the salon is nice and clean. I received the gorgeous job with my color, cut and blowout. Literally exactly the look I was hoping to achieve. Always treated like the most important person in here! Top quality work in a soothing environment. If you are looking for a great place to have your hair done - look no further! Wonderful assortment of products to keep your hair looking great as well. The prices responsible for that services.

Wow!! I just had the warm bamboo massage with Mary. It was the best massage that I have had! She communicated with me about what I was wanting and needing. Mary knew exactly what to do to take care of my sore muscles. I feel like a new woman now! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The spa itself was clean and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend Silvanas to anyone looking for a spa service!

Amazing place!

Was my first time at Silvana Dayspa & Salon. The atmosphere was relaxing, very professional starting from manicure, pedicure, massage to the facial. Facial room…. shelves full of products. The owner and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect. I feel immediately relaxed - and leave feeling rejuvenated.
Just a special place that should be at the top of the list for any spa lover. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
