Been going to this carwash for decades. Obviously a new owner. I was hard pressed to buy packages and upgrades but no power washing of rims and hand drying with towels like i would get previously. Less service for more money. I’ll look elsewhere next time.
It’s my first time here I didn’t know what to expect. I got a full service car wash and I asked for interior work and one of the employees named Nate took care of me. I had some concerns and he took care of that with no hesitation. I recommend this Car Wash to everybody good first choice, especially for the holidays thank you guys for everything. I appreciate it.
Purchased the unlimited wash with my second vehicle. Outstanding ceramic wash beautiful finish! When I finished I went to use the vacuums and one of the staff members David approached and asked if I needed assistance. I was puzzled. I never had a car wash staff ask if I needed help detailing. He washed my mats inside for me! Very appreciative of all the staff in Watertown ct. They are true professionals glad they are close to me!! Watertown speeders gets it done!!
