I have never been inside before but I listen to Pastor Shawn all the time! I love his sermons, and listening on the way to work always gives me a better day. His way of interpreting scripture actually helps me to apply it to my present day. He teaches everyone how to develop a relationship with God for themself, and tap into the divine wisdom whenever you need to. It’s inspiring and more self-help, it’s never preachy or condescending. If I didn’t live 2.5 hours away, I would love for this to be my Church! I hope he keeps uploading sermons to the Wholistic Christianity podcast because it is easier than going to YouTube :)

Cute little church. Pastor Shawn and Asst Pastor Ellie are wonderful ministers. Families are very close. Love the music ministry. Like knowing if I miss a service I can find it online.

We weren't able to see the inside of this beautiful church but the outside views more than made up for it. Just exactly what you would expect a "New England" church to be.

I love UCC Southbury's saying, "The family you choose." I consider all of the connections at this church very meaningful - kids, their parents, young adults, middle age, and elders - whether it's through Kids Chapel, mission projects, hikes, pancake breakfasts, youth group activities, social hour, Strawberry Festival, Holiday Fair or a committee. A friendly group of people who want to help others at any opportunity.

UCC Southbury is where I come to worship, spend times with friends who are now family, and do meaningful work for our church and our community. It is a beautiful spot in many ways!!
