My experience as memberof UHC Advantage for 10 years has been good...however recently I have been unable to access the UHC website. I called customer service and told the representative I required technical support...the rep asked many questions keeping me on the phone for twenty minutes and finally stated I will receive a call back from tech support in more than 60 minutes. I never received a call. I have no talked with three Custservice reps...still unable to access the my UHC account.
They are very cooperative and solved my problem. I just new customer.
This place is great because they do a great job with everything you ask them to do for you. Thank you to all the staff
