Marc was on time, friendly, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and was really fair with the customization for the water heater conversion and installation. He even helped with a fitting I was worried about that wasn’t part of the job. He explained everything clearly and kept me calm through the process. Highly recommend!
Got quoted by them at 10am and heater installed by technician (Angel Serrano) at 2 pm same day. Dont take me wrong he is not rushed in fact cleanest job i have ever seen and even cleaned the extensive area. Dispatcher (Mike) also a reasonable person on the phone for verifying info. Very happy with the service so far.
