After coming out of a nearby parking lot, I noticed that my rear bumper was hit and, of course, no note at all.

As such, I needed to bring the car into a shop that I fully trust and has always done right by me. There was only once choice and that was AB Collision in Matawan. I made arrangements to bring it in on Tuesday 12/2, and was greeted by the personnel at the front desk. Omar proceeded to assess the damage and set expectations. Omar said they would see what can be done to repair the rear bumper cover, but also stated that there was a good chance that it very well may require replacement. Nicole called me a couple of hours after I brought the car in and confirmed that the rear number cover needed to be replaced and she arranged for the part to be ordered. I have dealt with Nicole in the past and she is incredibly knowledgeable, answers all of your questions and quells your concerns. A loaner car was arranged for me.

As promised on the day it was brought in, I received a call from AB advising me that the car would be ready for pick up after 2:00 PM today (Friday). The car was returned to me in immaculate condition. New bumper cover, perfect paint match, car washed and the inside was thoroughly cleaned. Car was also recalibrated.

They're helpful, fast, and kept me updated daily on the progress of my car after it was hit by a reckless driver. Very satisfied, Highly recommend, especially if you have geico. Booked it all through my geico app when i made the claim. Super easy and stress free. Great place.

They did a great job repairing my mirror and detailing my SUV it looked brand new! I’ve unfortunately had to bring my car in after three different accidents (none of which were my fault), and each time, they’ve gone above and beyond.
