Mark and his team do outstanding work. They are professional and thoughtful in their work and how they handle customers. They made the entire process from estimate to finish easy and painless. We are a family with four young kids, toddler seats and boosters....a lot to manage. Strathmore made the entire process seamless for us. The car looks better than it did before the accident!!

I highly recommend Strathmore Auto Body and will use them every time.

We were in a car accident. We got hit from behind. We were sent to the shop from Statefarm insurance. They fixed the car like new. It was cleaned. There are no issues with it. All was clearly explained and the work was done fast. Great customer service !

Had claims on my front bumper from a front collision and another claim of my driver side doors when it was hit while parked in nyc, the body work looks good, had to point some minor things out like the hood wasnt aligned properly until I pointed it out, the clips on windshield wiper cowl cover were broken, looked like they broke them taking them out and just put them back in, it was flopping around, and had to point that out aswell, inside the engine bay the BCM had plastic cover flopping around not clipped properly, again i had to point that out. Those things got fixed however, things i didnt notice right off the bat were when i started driving the car, first they replaced my condenser so they emptied the freon in my car and never refilled back up. Then the key cylinder wasnt installed right, they missed the door lock actuator, so my key wouldnt open the doors if my battery would die. These problems i fixed my self but it is unacceptable to be missing this many simple things that should have been checked and that are easily visible. Now i dont know what else could be missing and will find out as i drive this car again.

Excellent work. My Toyota Tacoma was involved in an accident which required repair/replacement of the rear quarter panel, bumper, tire and light assembly. When the work was completed it was as if the accident never happened. In fact, the truck looks better now than it did before. Exceeded any expectations I may have had.
