When dropping car off people were not friendly or gave clear instructions. Van was waiting to take to airport so that was nice we didnât have to wait. Key part to story- they park your car for you and when you come back have car waiting. Upon returning home, it was dark and early in the am so next day noticed my car was hit so I called and the guy who answered laughed and said well youâll have to come back to Elizabeth, NJ and file a police report. I also have a very nice car that I take good care of so I was furious. Never will park here again, and I suggest you donât either.
