I had a mixed experience at Absolute Chiropractor.
The front desk staff is excellent—they greet you warmly, make you feel important, and explain things like X-rays clearly. No complaints at all on that side of things.
Where I felt disappointed was in the actual care plan. I came in as a healthy, young person dealing with some upper back tightness (no mobility issues). After X-rays, I was told I was at “phase two” with my neck curvature and needed to come three times a week for three months, followed by a long-term plan. The cost was quoted at about $1,000 a month for the first 3 months (around $3,000 total, or ~$2,500 if paid in cash)—this was presented regardless of whether I had insurance.
What concerned me was that during the visit, the doctor didn’t examine my back muscles for knots or tension. Instead, everything was based on the X-ray, and I was told my upper back tightness was caused by neck curvature. Personally, I don’t believe that’s the full picture. It felt like I would have been recommended the same 3-month program no matter what I came in for.
I originally came in through a $67 Facebook ad, but I never received an adjustment during the visit.
Overall, while the staff is great, I can’t justify paying $3,000 for general back tightness, and I left feeling this business may be more focused on selling long programs than tailoring care to individual needs. This is just my personal take.
It has been a refreshing experience to feel calm and centered knowing I'm helping my body to heal through a holistic practice. Thanks to Absolute Chiropractics great doctors and team and their expertise in caring and healing ❤️
