That said, Ryan is hands down the best decision I’ve made during the home buying process. His demeanor is friendly and comfortable. His work ethic is 10/10. I purchased my first home 5 years ago and used a different inspector - paid the price later.
If this is your first time purchasing a home, my experience has taught me that who you choose for home inspections will be the most important decision you make, so choose wisely. Ryan truly inspected the home as if it was his and took the time to explain the findings from each room throughout his inspection. I couldn’t be happier with his services. He was diligent, professional, communicated effectively, and was easy to talk to - checked every box. Oh, and the reports he creates are sent after payment and are super easy to read.. this will be a new requirement for me.. makes the conversation so much easier with the seller for negotiation.

In summary, go with Ryan if you want someone who cares about you and protecting your interest, not the seller’s or the agent’s. Ryan is really a good guy, I would love to see him succeed. This is coming from a person who hasn’t left a review.. Yelp, Google, anything, ever.. first time I felt inclined to share my experience. Should say a lot. Best of luck!

I am in the process of buying my first home and was given a couple of different home inspection references. I chose Ryan because he was very professional, responsive, informative and transparent during the initial consultation. When it came to inspection day he showed up early, was super easy to talk to I never felt rushed. He was so thorough during his inspection going above and beyond to inform me on literally everything about the home. After the inspection I received the report same day and it was so easy to follow with descriptions and photos.
