Dharma suits are beautiful and spacious. We have stayed here twice so far and next time we are in Hoboken we plan on staying again. This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting NYC and don’t want to stay in the city.
Visited with family in August 2025 and had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The customer response is perfect - all of our questions were answered on time via phone/email. The ambience, although contemporary, somehow reminded me of India in a good comforting way, especially while sitting on the terrace enjoying the NY skyline. First time customer, but I would definitely return in the future!
The property we stayed at Dharma Novia Hoboken was spotless clean and very elegant, furniture seemed new and crisp, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, all linens clean and nice, the kitchen nicely appointed (very nice coffee pack, among others; and huge nice fridge), the washing machine and dryer seemed brand new and even detergent was provided for use, and the Dharma Staff was available via phone or WhatsApp at anytime with immediate responses provided. This property also has a wonderful location being super-close to Trader Joe, the Hoboken 14th St ferry, great coffeeshops and cake shops around (such as Paris Baguette!) and wonderful view of Manhattan Midtown from the room!
Fab location with great views of Manhattan from the roomy apartment (2 bedrooms) and from the rooftop terrace. Very clean. The email with the access code hadn't been forwarded by our travel agent and I didn't realise until we were at the door (!) so I contacted Dharma via their website and staff were with us in 2 minutes - immediately showed us to our suite and were so helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and included some helpful food items, and there's a lovely Trader Joe's supermarket round the corner. Nice area. 2 stops on the bus from Midtown Manhattan (Port Authority Bus Terminal) - it's not pretty but it's quick. Pics show views of the terrace and from the apartment. Plus some of Hoboken streets - including the main road with the bus stop.
What a nice stay at Dharma Hoboken Novia!
The unit was very clean, with well-equipped kitchen and modern furniture, even a washer and dryer.
The location was fantastic, taking only 15 minutes from Port Authority Bus Terminal.
It also has an amazing view of Manhattan, as the building is located in a couple of blocks from the river edge.
Great value compared to a hotel. The eco-tote bag for the guest was a pleasant bonus.
