I stayed here for a long weekend and completely fell in love with the vibe. The building has this old-world charm mixed with modern touches — brick walls, vintage furniture, and cozy corners everywhere. My room was bright and surprisingly quiet for Manhattan. The staff were kind, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. The on-site coffee shop serves one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in New York. Location-wise, you can walk to Chelsea Market or the High Line in minutes. The small courtyard garden felt like a secret oasis in the city. I’d 100% stay here again, even just to enjoy the peaceful mornings.
Great location and by far the largest room I’ve ever stayed in in NYC. There were cute features without and I loved the aesthetic. However this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. “Front desk” is hard to find and the staff wasn’t very welcoming. AC was out with no solutions and an empty promise to compensate with money back… that I’m still waiting for an answer on. Overall unimpressed. It was extremely expensive.
Older boutique hotel with a lot of character. I love everything vintage so this was the perfect spot for my husband and I. The bed was so super comfortable and the room service was always on point. Very close to Chelsea Market and Pier 54. Walking the high line at night was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!
