Really bad experience. You pay to much for a service which it’s not good
Graceful old lady trying her best to keep up standards in a modern world, not for the upmarket traveler but perfect for practical honest visitors to New York
It was alright, good location... under renovation at the time (Jan/Feb '12)... Nice N.Y.C. experience :-) 3half*
The room was quite small and I didn't notice any special effort taken towards cleaning. The noise level was quite high and I couldn't rest properly. However, the location of this hotel is good.
Great Location, good prices, ok rooms and bad customer service. The front desk is terrible. And when you complain with the manager, it is worse.
