Diamond Tours

Diamond Tours is a highly organized tour group that has detailed schedules and friendly, safe bus drivers. All of the tour guides are knowledgeable and charismatic. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any tours geared specifically for young adults only, but even so, it is good to see senior citizens happy to attend trips organized by Diamond Tours.

Our Senior group used Diamond Tours for our trip from NJ to Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard..our bus driver was excellent..the tour guide had lots of info and facts about every where we stopped. He was pleasant even shared some cute jokes. The restaurants we went to were good with the exception of TheGrand Cafe. They required advance notification of our group size and a few dietary needs. Upon arrival we were told that 2 people would have to sit at the bar..unexceptable..next our salad was already on the table topped with ranch dressing..unexceptable..the waitress did take my salad back and bring a vinaigrette dressing for myself and a few others..the meal was delicious...we requested bread and were told only 1 basket of bread per table...we were served dessert and dinner was over..overall the meals were ok..our hotel accommodations were lack luster and borderline unhealthy..there was mildew in the bathroom which I cleaned ..there was a musty smell upon arrival that continued to get worse with each passing day. On the last 2 nights due to my having asthma I slept with a mask on..everything from the bedding, chairs and my clothing were moist. Sitting in the chair felt uncomfortable. There needs to be upgrades at Emerald Resort or Diamond Tours needs to find better accommodations.

This is the third year. We have used Diamond Tours for our senior group. Our very first encounter was professional and kindness. They cover every detail of planning the trip and making sure everything goes smoothly. They accommodate our needs. Every hotel was more than acceptable. Everything about it is so wonderful. I highly recommend them. The bus drivers and the buses are wonderful. And the price is better than anyone else without Compromising excellence.

First off, Nelly helped us book our honeymoon trip which was flawless and fantastic. A year later we used her expertise to group our travel plans and they arranged the tickets the way we wanted and the price was less than any other services available online. Always will use her agency to help us make our travel arrangements! Thank you!
