    We left at 6:30 a.m. They dropped us off at an outlet mall, supposedly for 10 a.m. shopping. No breakfast until 1 p.m. It was freezing cold. There were adults and lots of children. That's the only thing I didn't like.

    The tour to Toronto on the 24th was very disorganized. We left late on Friday, and the bus restroom was unavailable. They stopped several times, but that's not the main issue. The details of the tour weren't explained well, and they changed it at the last minute.

    The guide was good, and the driver did his job well.
