Wow! This was a highlight of our trip. Fantastic experience, great views and river experience. Crew took photos for us and were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! We departed from their Downtown Location at Pier 16 ( weekends only i think). It was so good the kids wanted to do it again! Tip: you may get a little wet if sitting on the right side 🤣
Absolutely blast. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and we used a city pass. Please note that with a city pass you MUST get timed tickets at the red circle line window when you arrive (we didn't know, and therefore waited an extra hour). The crew was friendly, helpful (took pics using your cell phone for free), and funny. This was one of our fave things from our NYC trip. They even ensured we got photos with the Statue of Liberty in the background. This is something I would absolutely love to do again.
SO MUCH FUN!!! Definitely worth the 31$ price. The boat will speed up and go very fast, and it’s highly likely you will wet as the driver will be spinning and swerving. The worker on the boat will also take out a water gun and start splashing water on everyone. It was so funny and a very engaging ride with music playing. We made a stop at the Statue of Liberty and the worker went around taking pictures of groups who wanted a photo with our own phones. We wouldn’t have gotten a better view on other boat tours.

THIS IS THE BEST! My friend and I visited on June 24th (during the heatwave) and this was, by far, the BEST decision we ever made! The staff made this experience so much fun, spraying us with the water gun and popping water balloons on our heads (we were encouraging this, but I'm sure the staff would respect you not wanting to get directly sprayed, although I can guarantee you won't have as much fun). I recommend sitting on the 'window' seats of the boat to get a perfect picture of the Statue of Liberty. The boat driver ensured to align the statue with the port and starboard sides so everyone could get a picture. They also took care not to get everyone too wet until the return trip from the statue, so we could have nice photos. All in all, this was the most fun activity I did on my first New York trip, and this will be a MUST for anyone visiting!!!!!!
