We chose this hotel because it was at a convenient location. But the area around was sketchy - we made sure not to go out super late at night. We arrived later than check in, but the attendant was uunderstandingand gave us our key quickly. Also I didn't realize I booked a smoking room so I asked to switch to non smoking, and he was kind enough to make the switch. However, the room was pretty gross. There were stains all over the sheets, and the room had this sticky and musty smell. The carpet was old and dirty. In conclusion, the hotel wasn't as bad as I thought. But I wouldn't stay here in the future.
Well, you get what you pay for. The breakfast was minimal with croissants, cereal, mini muffins, and juice. Beds were comfortable enough and I was surprised at how clean the rooms were but the cleaning staff can only do so much with what they're given. No noise complaints because the front desk was happy to move me to a room on the other side of the hall away from the street.
Overall experience was decent. 3 stars because it gets the job done (sleep and eat for cheap) but it is missing many of the creature comforts of other similarly priced hotels.
