I have never met a more competent, friendly and amazing medical staff in my 30 years of life. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor’s exam (special shout out to Doctor Frys), blood draw, all the way to rebooking on my way out. I am so happy that I found this office. Thank you ladies, the last 2 years have been life changing
Will update my review after seeing a doctor. But just know that you can’t even talk to anyone about scheduling an appointment or what their availability is until they have processed your insurance through their billing team which takes at least 2-3 days. Very shocked that this is their standard practice and that you can’t even put a date on the calendar until then, rather than setting an appointment and reviewing billing details before the appointment. This policy should really be on their website to set expectations since I reviewed their entire web page and saw nothing about this.
