Break Boss was incredibly prompt and very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle! He followed up and fixed in a very timely manner! He will now be our go to for any car issues that may arise!

Words can’t explain how helpful he was. I never leave reviews, but he truly deserves it. He did my brakes last week — I thought I needed pads and rotors, but instead of upselling me, he told me I only needed pads. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. An honest mechanic who knows his stuff. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and had the job done in about 45 minutes. If I could give more stars, I would.

When I was replacing my rear brake pads on a '22 Toyota Corolla Hatchback (6-speed manual transmission), I had an issue with getting the piston to retract to fit the new brake pads on the rear driver side. I did correctly place the vehicle in service/ maintenance mode to disengage the electric parking brake (EPB). However, despite using my disc brake pad piston compressor tool, I was unsuccessful.

While I could have tried to remove the motor of the electric parking brake and manually rewind it, I decided to call in a professional for assistance by reaching out to Arjeldi who is the owner-operator of Brake Boss Mobile Auto Repair. Arjedli used a hood apron to protect my fenders and front bumper from accidental scratches, dents, and chemical damage. In addition, Arjeldi checked the rear passenger side brakes and bled the brakes on all 4 corners.
