Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations to any questions I had. When there was an unforeseen delay, they even offered and provided a ride home for me, which is something I've never had happen with any other auto shop. Prices were competitive and I left impressed and feeling as though I can actually trust that my car will be taken care of and that I won't be taken advantage of, which is definitely not the norm for me in regards to mechanics and auto shops.
Hoff’s Auto was super friendly and professional! Came in for an inspection sticker and was in and out at a reasonable time. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this Location!

I’ve been going to Hoff’s for a few years and after my first experience with them I swore I would never go to another shop! They always treat me and my car with the most care and respect. They never try to up-sell me on service that I can wait on or just don’t need. Being a guy who is not a car-guy, I really appreciate their transparency and affordability. Also, when making unreasonable requests they really try their best to accommodate for the situation at hand. I regularly use the texting line to communicate with Linda, or really anyone, at the shop as usually their working hours are mine as well. Never had an issue, and would recommend 10 out of 10 for customer service, quality of work, communication and ease of booking. Thank you, Hoff’s!
