Joe the service advisor was very helpful. I had an issue with my trucks emissions system and I was back on the road the following day.
After years of being on the road, with many different types of breakdowns the response time was the best I've ever experienced. The road crews were top notch, and friendly. I thought my ECM failed but it turned out to be just a wiring problem. I got towed to their shop and the driver gave me a ride to get breakfast on his own time. My truck was repaired quickly and I was able to delivery my load to a power plant the next day. And the repair cost was reasonable enough for me to schedule more work there despite them being over 80 miles away.
