I do not generally leave reviews, but Julio was amazing from start to finish. I had a cracked window which needed to be replaced. Julio was immediately responsive, came out the next day to take a look, ordered the glass, and repaired the window within a week. He also is very fair regarding the cost. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to work with him again on a future project.
We recently had 2 glass enclosures installed in our home by Rizos Glass Inc. We are thrilled with their craftsmanship and super appreciative how clean they worked. Their design perfectly enhanced the showers they enclosed from the glass to the hardware. So happy our contractor turned us onto them!!!
Julio was a breeze to work with, always quick to respond and we got exactly the shower door configuration we wanted. We had shopped around and got a few estimates but went with Rizos because we felt very confident about the quality and were happy with the price. Julio’s bid wasn’t the lowest but we felt the lowest might have been a compromise somewhere. We are very happy with our shower door and highly recommend him.
The team at Rizos were absolutely amazing, I have OCD issues and asked them to re-do some parts of the tiling to extend and they did it perfectly without complaint, they referred me to a specialist that was able to custom build a countertop to match the sink as I was having a hard time getting that piece sorted. They were punctual, kind, friendly, clean and the final job was absolutely amazing, I love my bathroom now, they also have me tons of advice. Incredibly grateful to have this team on board, we are already planning our next home improvement with them.
