From the moment I walked in, Vicky set the tone for an amazing experience. Her warm, uplifting energy instantly made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She went above and beyond helping me with all my paperwork to get started on my Tesla, and her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Dennis then did a thorough walk-around of my vehicle to review everything that would be fixed. He was incredibly professional, respectful, and overall awesome to work with. I’m genuinely glad I chose this collision shop. I feel confident knowing my car is in great hands! 🙌🏽

My experience here was so smooth and exceptional. Really exceeded any hopes or expectations. Victoria was my first point of contact and explained everything in great detail. She was so kind and helpful. And my rental was arranged through SPECTRUM, in a very seamless process. The auto body shop was communicative with me about when parts would be delivered and car would be ready. They did a perfect job on my car, it looks brand new! And everyone was just so helpful and communicative. I will always come back here for any future needs.

Very efficient, quick turn around. Took a little over a week for what took another shop 6 weeks. Vicky at the front desk is so nice and very helpful. Complete front end repair with paint, sensors, and various replacements . 2024 ram 1500.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this auto shop! After being involved in a car accident, my vehicle required repairs, and from the moment I walked in, I was immediately put at ease. Victoria was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through the entire process and even made sure I was set up with a rental car right away.

Dennis was also fantastic. He thoroughly explained the repair process and timeline, and I was so impressed with the consistent communication I received. I was updated at every step, from when parts were expected to arrive to when the repair would be completed.

When my car was ready, Victoria once again went above and beyond by making the rental return seamless. Being able to drop off the rental right at the shop and simply focus on picking up my car was a huge relief.

I would like to thank the amazing team of carstar spectrum auto (Mr. Dennis, Ms. Trinity and the men) for going above and beyond with the repair of my Tesla Model 3 2023. They did a fantastic job with the repair, excellent communication with insurance and with me (customer). My car was picked up later than expected but I was informed beforehand. Every process was explained and made sure that everyone involved is updated. The day I picked up my car it was charged and was even cleaned. 100% would recommend.
